We process eligible refund requests with the supplier on your behalf. Refunds are returned to the original payment method once received from the supplier, subject to the deductions described below.

Refundable fares are returned after any airline penalties; non-refundable fares may carry no cash refund, though a travel credit may sometimes be available. Government taxes are often refundable even on non-refundable fares — contact us and we will check.
Refundable rates are returned in line with the property's cancellation deadline; non-refundable rates are not eligible for a refund once booked. The applicable terms are shown before booking.

SeychellesGetaway service fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover the cost of facilitating your booking. Any refund processed is net of our service fee and any applicable cancellation handling fee. All fees are disclosed before you complete a booking.
Once a supplier approves a refund, we process the return to your original payment method as quickly as possible. Please note that the time for funds to appear depends on the supplier's processing time and your payment provider, and can take several billing cycles in some cases.
