To facilitate your booking and provide 24/7 customer support, we may charge a service fee in addition to the supplier's fare or rate and any applicable taxes. We believe in full transparency: any service fee is always disclosed before you complete payment, and the price you see as you approach checkout is the price you pay.
This page explains how our service fees work across each travel product. Fares, rates and availability are provided by third-party suppliers, are dynamic in nature, and cannot be guaranteed until a booking is ticketed or confirmed.
Our service fee is a charge for the assistance we provide — searching and comparing options, facilitating the booking with the supplier, issuing confirmation, and providing ongoing customer support. It is separate from, and additional to, the price charged by the airline, hotel, car rental company or tour operator. The exact fee depends on the product, the complexity of the booking and the channel used (online or by phone), and it is always shown to you before you pay. Service fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover work already performed.
When you book a flight through SeychellesGetaway, a per-ticket or per-booking service fee may apply on top of the airline fare and taxes. This fee covers fare comparison, booking facilitation, ticketing support and post-booking assistance.

Each component carries its own supplier terms and dynamic pricing. The package price cannot be guaranteed until all components are confirmed/ticketed.
