SeychellesGetaway is an independent online travel agency. We provide a platform to search, compare and book travel products — including flights, hotels, car rentals and holiday packages — supplied by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies and tour operators. We act as an intermediary between you and these suppliers. We are not directly associated with any airline, hotel or car rental company.
All fares, rates and availability are provided by third-party suppliers and are dynamic in nature. They may change at any time and cannot be guaranteed until a booking is ticketed or confirmed. Despite our efforts to display accurate information, prices and availability shown during search may differ at the time of booking. If a price changes before your booking is confirmed, we will inform you and you may choose whether to proceed.
SeychellesGetaway may charge a service fee for facilitating your booking. Any applicable service fee is disclosed before you complete payment. Service fees are in addition to the supplier's fare or rate and any applicable taxes. Please see our Service Fees page for details by product type.
When you make a booking, you authorise us to facilitate the transaction with the relevant supplier and to charge the total amount shown, including the fare or rate, taxes and any service fee. You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details — including names, dates, routes and traveller information — are accurate. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
Each travel product is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier providing it (for example, an airline's conditions of carriage or a hotel's booking policy). These supplier terms govern matters such as changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage and check-in. By booking through us, you also agree to the applicable supplier's terms. We will make supplier terms available to you where possible before you book.
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable supplier's rules and by our own policies, including any service fees. Some fares and rates are non-refundable or carry change penalties. Please review our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy before booking, and contact our support team for assistance.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates and any other documentation required for your journey. We are not responsible for any loss, denied boarding or expense resulting from missing or invalid documents. Please verify entry, transit and health requirements with the relevant authorities before you travel.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeychellesGetaway and Sapphire Media Travel act only as an intermediary and are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or failures of any supplier, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount of the service fee we charged for that booking, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
All content, design, logos and materials on SeychellesGetaway.com are the property of Sapphire Media Travel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the site without our written permission.
Airline, hotel, car rental and other brand names and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their use is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.
